Prayer is an important part of the life of a community that gathers together to follow the way of Jesus. Our Sunday worship is the most regular prayer gathering that we have at Memorial UCC, but there are many other ways we nurture our spirits and care for one another in prayer.

* this is something you would like them to hold in their personal prayers,
* to include on the list of prayers members of the congregation do quietly,
* or whether you would like it included in the Prayers of the People during Sunday worship and on our newsletter prayer page.

 The national UCC has a web site with a Prayer Forum where you can post prayer requests. There is also a live Prayer Chapel every evening at 8 p.m. for 30 minutes and at 11 a.m. on Mondays through Fridays for 15 minutes.

The UCC also e-mails a daily meditation based on a Scipture verse. You can sign up for that here.
